3. You may not claim damages from us on the grounds that your user registration has been cancelled or this Purchase Agreement has been terminated pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 16 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
You may not transfer or pledge your status under this Sales Agreement or your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party without our prior written consent.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
2. In the event of any dispute between you and our Company regarding this Site, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
